The tasting note of<strong> G\u00ea 2020<\/strong> points out that this is the first harvest that the organic vineyard leaves out Cabernet Sauvignon, opting instead to incorporate Grenache, <em><strong>&#8220;which provides a marked Mediterranean accent.&#8221;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>G\u00ea 2020<\/strong> is a blend made up of Syrah, Carmen\u00e8re, Malbec and Grenache. This combination results in a wine that is <em><strong>\u201cvery easy to drink,&#8221; perfect for both enjoying immediately or keeping.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Noelia Orts,<\/strong> winemaker at Emiliana, points out the excellent score despite a year of significant challenges marked by high temperatures and scarce rainfall during winter. <strong><em>\u201cIt was an extremely defiant year, but G\u00ea always stands out as a wine that maintains its freshness and structure. This, in part, is the result of a particular combination of grapes, which include Malbec and Grenache in addition to more traditional varieties, like Syrah and Carmen\u00e8re,\u201d<\/em><\/strong> she commented.<\/p>\n<p>In Suckling\u2019s <strong>Top 100 Wines of Chile 2021<\/strong>, G\u00ea was chosen as Chile\u2019s number 1 wine.<\/p>\n<p>The selection process for the Top 100 Wines of the World 2023 was especially competitive this year, with more than 39,000 wines evaluated by the seven editors of James Suckling&#8217;s Wine Tasting Team.
