“This also proves how organic and biodynamic farming can affect to improve the quality of our wines,” indicated Noelia Orts. She added that it is of immense value that “the guide also highlighted our new projects, such as 57 Rocas or Maycas Chardonnay, which are wines that we are presenting for the first time in this guide and which are already giving us great joys with these high scores”.<\/p>\n
In line with the latter, Emilio Contreras appreciated the recognition that the new projects, such as 57 Rocas, Animalia Sauvignon Blanc and Natural Blend are already receiving. “We are very happy that these wines are gaining momentum from the beginning, as this confirms that we are on the right track,” he said.<\/p>\n
In addition to emphasizing the consolidation of a wine like Ge\u0302, Marguerite Penot points out that the valuation of the new projects \u201cshows us that we are able to continue innovating and making different and qualitative things,\u201d she stated.<\/p>\n
