Microenterprise Training Program
At Emiliana we supply the tools necessary for our employees to form their own micro-companies that generate products such as honey, olive oil, herbs, vegetables, and grape seed oil. These by-products of organic and biodynamic agriculture and wine production are true opportunities to provide additional income for our employees.
Emiliana has dedicated 1.5 hectares (3.7 acres) of land to this project so that our employees at Los Robles, Totihue, and Casablanca can grow organic vegetables. The company also provided 15 beehives so that the workers can produce honey and its various by-products.
