The Swiss “IMO for Life” certification guarantees the respect for basic employee rights as expressed in the ILO convention (prohibition against child labor and discrimination, etc.). It also certifies good working conditions in terms of legal work schedules, reasonable pay, health and safety aspects, compliance with social laws, transparent management, and fair treatment for small producers.
