Climate
Cold due to the in fluence of the Pacific and the Humboldt current. Presents permanent humidity and average temperatures of 25°C in summer and 14°C in winter.
Tasting Notes
Clean, transparent yellow in color with a nose that presents quince, citrus, and tropical fruit aromas with mineral notes and a light touch of toasted nuts. The palate is fruity with balanced acidity, velvety texture, and an intense finish.
