Average temperature of 22ºC and low rainfall (600 mm per year). During summer, this valley presents high temperature range, having low temperature at night.

Soil
Alluvial, medium high depth soil, uniform loamy-muddy texture. Good drainage, moderate permeability and high fertility.

Tasting Notes
Intense ruby-red in color. The nose offers ripe strawberries elegantly combined with spices such as pepper along with subtle sweet and toasted notes from the barrel aging. The palate is firm but very silky, with elegant, well‐structured tannins, tremendous volume, and a persistent finish.
