Ageing
70% in French oak barrels, for 12 months.

Climate
Stable, hot and dry summers and short, mild winters. The main period of rainfall is between April and September, with an annual average of 330 mm. Hot during day and cold at night, the average temperature does not exceed the 14°C.

Soil
Alluvial, well rooted, with porosity and drainage. Flat, rich in mineral, loamy-clayey and muddy texture, good permeability. It is irrigated by water coming from snow thaw.

Tasting Notes
Deep ruby-red. The complex nose features notes of fresh cherries with a soft touch of chocolate. This is a wine with tremendous volume, concentration, and silky, friendly tannins that result in a well-balanced wine with a long and fruity finish.
