Good drainage, high fertility, and tremendous agricultural aptitude. The soils tend to be alluvial in origin of medium depth.

Climate
Mediterranean with rainy winters, warm, dry summers and a broad oscillation between day and night temperatures, all of which contribute to a good vine development.

Tasting Notes
Clean, clear, light greenish‐yellow in color, with a nose that presents the variety’s very characteristic aromas such as delicate fruity notes of lime, grapefruit, pineapple, and peach. The fruit and herbal notes reappear on the crisp, vibrant palate. Moderate persistent, fresh, and pleasing on the finish, this is wine that is easy to drink for many occasions.
